  • We work to a process to streamline sign offs and keep everybody on the same page.

    RESEARCH, PLANNING & CONTENT IDEAS: You’ll be sent your upcoming content calendar to begin in 2 weeks time.

    FEEDBACK & SIGN OFFS: You’ll send us back your feedback and any additional assets to include in the plan.

    FINALISE NEXT WEEK’S CONTENT: We’ll share your final content for next week for approval.

    FINAL AMENDS: We’ll make any final amends and schedule next week’s content.

    REPORTING: We’ll send you your latest report.

  • Our team works Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

  • We keep all client comms on email and Planable for clarity purposes.

  • Our social media management package requires a minimum 3 month commitment.

  • Community management includes replying to comments, reacting to tagged stories and interacting with relevant accounts. We don’t answer DMs.
